Tattoo is not a fashion but a symbol of Yakuza (Mafia). When I went for a swim in the pool the other day, there was an announcement that people with tattoo are not allowed and need swimming shirts. An ordinal people used to keep distance from them in the public bath and pool.
When I talked with my friend, he let me know an interesting fact that tattoo is weak for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). He explained tattoo sparks in the MRI. It is just like a metal that sparks in the kitchen oven. How terrible it is! Tattoo Yakuza is also a human being who needs medical check as well. I wonder how they feel when they are in the serious health problem.
