Taking memo

North Korea held Workers’ Party Congress this week. It was interesting to see that Kim Jong Un styled business man suit instead of military look. Sorry that it was a little bit funny that all participants listened his speech very carefully sitting stretched spine without words. This was very reasonable as former military top was executed with his clapping being not enough.

I found also most of participants were taking memo upon his speech. Correspondent told that this kind of behavior expressed their royalty to Kim Jong Un. I totally agree with it.

I remember this practice was the same to the Japanese company. People used to take memo in front of senior official expressing that I am listerning to you. Even he were a board member, this practice continues in front of President. Anyway what’s going on North Korea?
